Servant Leadership Professional Development

Leadership Development Overview – Winning the Hearts and Minds of your team!

Every organization, team, and relationship has its challenges and opportunities. These peaks and valleys will never completely go away. However, with an open mind, an extension of yourself, and an acceptance of sometimes painful feedback, we feel your relationships and journey can be improved. In leadership and team development, you never “arrive”. You can only hope to improve and you must first start with yourself.

Our Leadership Development program is based upon personal accountability and the impact of your words and actions on those around you. This half-day workshop is led by one of our team building experts. The program lasts over 3 hours. This will include classroom time, team building challenges and feedback. There will also be some time left for fun because we truly believe “Fun Motivates”. Feedback will be given throughout and after your program. We will have your groups leader(s) fill out a questionnaire about your group ahead of time to help us identify your groups strengths and problem areas. This will help us better understand what issues you may be having. You tell us and we will then program your time here to address those issues and others.

Laser Tag Team Building Basics

With the help of Badger Sports Park’s laser tag team building program, your team can work together and accomplish goals like never before! Our facility supports two teams of 15 players, simultaneously training 30 at once in a one-hour session. Our team building program focuses on communication, cooperation, team work in a fun relaxed atmosphere!

Round 1

In the first round, we simply send you into the arena with no briefing. In order to compete, each team must work out the mechanics of game play on their own. This round is shorter, as it becomes very frustrating.

Round 2

Prior to the second round, we explain the fundamental mechanics of the game. Tactics and strategies are left for the players to deduce on their own.

Round 3

Before the third round, the leaders from each team are briefed on effective tactics and winning strategies. It is up to these leaders to coordinate their team and lead them to victory.

Rounds 4 & 5

With each team thoroughly informed (by their leaders), rounds 4 and 5 are the moments of truth. Winning depends almost exclusively on teamwork and coordination. The scoreboard never lies! “We definitely enjoyed our afternoon at Badger Sports [Park]. As we were leaving the Laser Tag area one of our group said “We need to do this for our team events every time!” Sending us in without instructions forced us to communicate as teams in order to succeed. Excellent collaborative skill building. Thanks again for helping us have an enjoyable and worthwhile team event.”
